finito

finally a final draft

third board

here is my third board and the idea is that this and the fourth will be on the bottom and the text will be falling into the bottle shape.

a little more progress

I am still fooling with text i want to be on the edge of the right side and tapering off, but I can only seem to get it in a triangle, not a 90 degree triangle. I think I am going to trace the bottom left image to make it a drawing, I think it is distracting. The first sentence has changed too I thought it was more relative to the idea.

A Big Reiteration

Here's a start for my final reiteration. I decided to go with a more sustainable bottle brush. I am having trouble with my wordage. This would be the first board in a series of four but its just a start.

My product in a nutshell. Products like mine seem to stem from a lack of product development. Maybe someone comes up with an idea and it is immediately produced in the cheapest way possible and put on the market. The design is not studied or evaluated to be more effective. The result is a product with an initial reaction, or impulse buy but later buyers remorse because the usability is underdeveloped.

This is a representation of the possible life of the product from the factory to its death which would most likely be in a landfill. This product is made from PP plastic which is recyclable, but because there is no recycle symbol on the product it will probably end up in a landfill. The sponge attachment is not recyclable but it can be separated from the handle.

I am studying the design of this product. It is a scouring brushing that can be used on bottles and glasses that are too small to fit your hand in. I am developing ideas about products that are designed primarily to sell and not necessarily to last or be functional i.e. as seen on t.v. items or gadgets that will make your life easier, what you have always been looking for.
